Current Wines:

•  Tex Red
        a soft tannin, dry red wine with earthiness, minerals and
        spice which goes well with Italian foods, steaks and other
        grilled favorites.

• le Vin Doux Rouge 
        a full bodied sweet red wine, nicely balanced with acidity
        that pairs well with BBQ, Tex-Mex & Cajun cuisine.

• Chardonnay
        a touch of citrus, crisp, yet round and full.  Slightly oaked
        to provide complexity and layering of toast and vanilla.

• Blanc du Bois
        off-dry white wine with grapefruit character, crisp summer-
        time wine.

• Vin Blanc
        a sweet white German style Riesling with green apple and
        honey suckle, pairs with seafood, chicken and other white
        meats.

• Muscat Canelli
        the entire clan of vitis vinifera is the offspring of this noble
        variety. Very floral and sweet, pairs with cheeses, salads
        and even spicy foods.
